Black Vinegar Diet is to drink black vinegar by 20ml three or two times a day to go on a diet. To drink it brings us not just effect of diet but various good effects for health. So, do you know the difference between common vinegar and black vinegar?? Vinegar is divided into two kinds. One is the vinegar that is made from grains and the other is vinegar that is made from fruits. Black vinegar is a kind of the former. The materials of it that are left to ferment for more than one year in pot are the black vinegar. It turns black by kooji mold and lactic bacterium, so it is called Black Vinegar. In sum, the difference is degree of maturing.
It is said that the longer vinegar ferment, the more its color deepen, it get flavor and active ingredients. Actually, black vinegar contains organic acid and minerals such as essential amino acid, citric acid, iron, zinc and the like. These many active ingredients work effectively for health. Active ingredients that work especially are essential amino acid and citric acid. As you know, Amino acid works in order to make human anatomy. Amino acid our body itself can make is called nonessential amino acid and Amino acid our body can’t make and we have to take by eating is called essential amino acid. Our body lacking amino acid, our cranial nerve doesn’t work well and immune strength decline. To get essential amino acid is important to live a healthful life and essential amino acid will help us to lose fat if we take it before exercise. Another important key to lose fat is citric acid cycle. To be brief, Citric acid cycle is that works of citric acid burn off carbohydrate, lipid we take and generate energy. Citric acid that is used when burning off these doesn’t discharge outside the body and it cycles inside the body as Citric acid. If this cycle doesn’t work, fat is accumulated in the body, so to take citric acid regularly is important key to lose fat. Black vinegar contains both essential amino acid and citric acid so to drink it regularly helps us lose weight. I found these information at various sites. I want to go on diet by means of this. 1. Why is swimming good for our health??
Swimming brings different kind of effect upon our health from what track and field events bring. This is because swimming is done under water’s resistance, water pressure, restriction of breath, buoyancy and so on.
2. The effect by the temperature of the water!!
Swimming is done in colder water than body temperature, so because of its stimulus, the blood vessel is contracted and dilated, and body temperature is regulated. As a result, thermoregulation function is trained.
3. The effect by water pressure and resistance of water!!
Human’s body is pressed by water pressure when we are in water. Thanks to our bones, when we are in water, we are difficult to be affected by water pressure, still we are affected by it. For example, when we breathe and expand the chest in water, we need extra physical strength than we do on land. That’s way swimming has our respiratory function improved. I want to go on diet by means of this but I can't swim well so I guess I can't use this.
